JBO-27122: SQL Errror During Statement Preparation While Receiving Items In iProcurement (Doc ID 2972208.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to receive items, the following error occurs.

JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation. java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01790: expression must have same datatype as corresponding expression.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement Responsibility
2. Click on Receiving Tab: Receive Items
3. Click on Go and received the below error
4. JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.
