Item Not Showing On Service Request Creation Form (Doc ID 2972436.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to create a Service Request(SR)  in the SR form, some items do not show up in the  List of values (LOV).
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to Applications with  Service Responsibility
2.Navigate to  Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
3.Unable to Find Item in the Item List  of values in the Service Request Header
