“Request Entity Too Large” Error When Selecting Page in Design Chart After Upgrading to 12.2 (Doc ID 2972501.1)

Symptoms

Error occurs when trying to edit a very large Design Chart rule. When user page down (e.g:71 times) in the node (record 1776 – 1800) and remove some checks and add some check and apply the below error occur:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Logon to Oracle Configurator Developer responsibility.
2. Open Configurator Developer page and query with the problematic model and edit it.
3. Go to Rules and try to edit Design Chart rule.
