Internal Sales Order Line Cancellation Cannot Cancel Corresponding Internal Requisition When Using Secondary Quantity (Doc ID 2972528.1)

Symptoms

When cancelling internal sales order line, application fails to cancel corresponding internal requisition.

The issue is happening with the items with dual UOM.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Order Management / Order Organization

    Cancel internal sale order line

2) Get message:

    Sales order line and corresponding internal requisition line have been cancelled.

3) However, go to Purchasing / Requisition Summary
 
    Query out internal requisition line, the requisition line is not cancelled.
