Symptoms

Find that there is performance issue when calculating tax in service contracts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using a Service Contracts Manager responsibility, navigate: Contract Administration > Launchpad.
2. Query a contract.
3. Click the Calculate Tax button and observe the performance.
