Symptoms
While creating operations for Engineering Change Order (ECO) routing changes, the ECO open interface ends with errors.
ERRORS
-----------------------
Entity: BO. Entity index: 1.
You must enter an ECO name and organization because they are the primary identifiers of a business object. Please ensure that these values exist in all your records and re-run the import process
Entity: OP. Entity index: 1. Table Name: BOM_OP_SEQUENCES_INTERFACE.
The parent revised item xxxx you are referencing in the operation xx does not exist on ECO xxx.
Entity: BO. Entity index: 1.
An error occured while processing business object xxx in organization xxx. Please check the data in this business object and re-run the import process.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following :
1. Go to Development Manager > Change Management > Create Change Order and create ECO.
2. Insert the data into interface tables i.e eng_revised_items_interface, bom_op_sequences_interface. Refer to Doc ID 2195062.1 for sample.
3. Run the ECO Open Interface Concurrent program.
4. It fails with errors. However, the operation is created in routing.
