java.lang.NullpointerException in Configurator After Applying CPU Patches

Symptoms
When attempting to set min value greater than max value in Configurator, or try to launch Configurator from Quote
the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. Navigate to Sales Order form.
3. Query order number.
4. Click Configurator button.
5. In Configurator, for a field set min value greater than max value. See error.
