After Upgrading To 12.2 When Searching Phase or Status Code in Concurrent Requests Form the Ellipsis List of Values (LOV) Window Is Too Small (Doc ID 2972785.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 07, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Concurrent Processing - Version 12.2 to 12.2 [Release 12.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Applied Patch 34238237: SYNC FUNCTIONALITY OF QUERY REQUESTS QUERY BY STATUS OR BY PHASE BETWEEN FORMS AND OAF and upgraded to 12.2.

When searching for specific requests in the Request Run form, the new lookup code (vs static) LOV ellipsis windows for Phase or Status codes is too small.

It requires extra mouse clicks and expansion to see the codes available to choose.

STEPS
-----------------------

1.  Log into System Administrator responsibility -> Request -> Find.

2.  Select Specific Requests field and populate with request id.

3.  Select either 'Status' or 'Phase' field.

4.  Select LOV ellipsis window.

5.  The values listed are small.

Note: In 12.1.3 version the ellipsis appeared in the window. In 12.2 there is a LOV with the different codes available to choose, but requires an extra mouse click.
