Symptoms

PO XML generation fails with error "ORA-01001:invalid cursor - ECX_ACTION.BIND_PROC_VARIABLES".

Status monitor shows the XML generation status information shows:

Steps to reproduce:
  1. In Purchasing Responsibility > Purchase Order > Purchase Order Summary
  2. Query incomplete status PO
  3. Submit document for approval
  4. Communication failed due to XML generation error above
