Symptoms
When attempting to set preferred operating units reference the following error occurs.
You Have Encountered an Unexpected Error
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payables Superuser responsibility.>setup>options> user operating unit preferences
2. Select Operating unit and set as preferred
3. Error occured.
