Dispatch Center Gantt Chart Is Not Correctly Refreshed After Changing Dates (Doc ID 2973010.1)

Symptoms

Find that the Gantt chart is not correctly refreshed when selecting a date in the past.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Field Service Manager responsibility.
2. Open Dispatch Center form.
3. Go to Gantt.
4. Select a date in the past and click Refresh button.
