While Performing DELIVER Step In Receiving Outside Processing Purchase Order (OSP PO), System Showing Incorrect Operation Sequence In 'Outside Service' Tab (Doc ID 2973203.1)

Symptoms

For OSP PO while performing the DELIVER transaction it shows incorrect operation sequence in 'Outside Service' tab. However it shows correct sequence for the RECEIVE and DELIVER transaction in Receiving Transactions summary form (post deliver transaction). Additionally Receipt Traveler report output also shows incorrect operation sequence for DELIVER transactions.

STEPS
1. Navigate to "Inventory (R) => Transactions => Receiving => Receipt"
2. Search for the OSP PO# and go to "Outside Service" tab and see that "Operation Sequence/Step" value is correct i.e. X
3. Complete the receiving of same
4. Now again Navigate to "Inventory (R) => Transactions => Receiving => Receiving Transactions"
5. Again search for same OSP PO# and go to "Outside Service" tab and see that "Operation Sequence/Step" value is incorrect i.e. X+1
6. Complete the Deliver of the same
7. Now go to "Inventory (R) => Transactions => Receiving => View Receiving Transactions"
8. Thereby can see that again "Operation Sequence/Step" value is correct even for DELIVER record as well
9. However when run the Receipt Traveler report, thereby also its coming wrong
