System throwing error while trying to save Global descriptive flexfield (GDFF) values under System Options for Argentina Account Receivables (AR).

APP-JL-62274: Tax Location Segment Qualifier could not be populated. Please ensure that you have chosen a value for the Locations Flexfield Structure field

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Account Receivables Responsibility for Argentina.
2. Go to System Options -> Miscellaneous -> Enter the Additional Information for Argentina.
3. Enter the required values.
4. While trying to save, notice the given error.
