Symptoms

While applying RUP Patch 30399999, get the following error

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @<>/fs1/EBSapps/appl/ad/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/adsqlwrapper.sql <>/fs1/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/FNDSTADEL.sql &un_fnd &pw_fnd'
