Goal

Refund payment method is no longer available in the refund attributes in the refund payment method list of values (lov) when applying an AR transaction against Refund.

There is no API that sets the inactive_date on the IBY_EXT_PARTY_PMT_MTHDS table to end date suppliers current primary payment methods.
