OAS Snapshot Does not include BIP Administration Configuration Data (Doc ID 2973645.1)

Goal

Recently upgraded or migrated from one OAS instance to another and noticed all BI Publisher data (administration configuration items such as JDBC Data Sources, etc) is missing from the Snapshot.

How can I move the BI Publisher Administration and Configuration objects from the original server to the new OAS instance?
