Symptoms

Unable to Update price list/lines in Pricing Maintenance .
When user changed the number format to 10.000,00 on preferences page and tried to update the price list lines in Bulk mode,

Following error was throwing while saving the changes on pricelist maintenance page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Pricing responsibility.
2. Open Price List Maintenance page and enter price list name then click on Go
3. Choose the price list and click on Bulk Changes button.
4. Enter the values for mandatory fields then click on Finish button and observe the behavior.
