This is not a real network disconnection issue but the mobile device automatically switches connection among the same WIFI.

Users observed that their hand held device would lose the network connection for a short time like 1 second, when WIFI automatically switches from one access point to another.

connect failed

1. Login to MSCA device

2. Perform any mobile transaction

3. The connection lost is seen when the network switches the WIFI from one access point to another.
