Symptoms
Skip screening concurrent program is throwing below exception and not progressing the SO lines from AWAITING_EXPORT_SCREENING to Awaiting Shipping

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle Applications
2. Navigation:ITM Adapter Super User
3. Go to ITM Adapter Administration
4. Choose Skip Screening
5. Provide below Parameters:-
Application :- Order Management
Reference Number :- Sales order number
6. See that Concurrent program log shows above exception.
