When running PATTAR: PRC: Interface Invoices to Receivables for a specific project the following error is encountered in the log:

patopt.lpc: cursor=21, ORA-01722: invalid number
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_INVOICE_XFER", line 1

Program was terminated by signal 11

Steps to reproduce:

1. Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to Other-->Requests-->Run

2. Select Name = PRC: Interface Invoices to Receivables and submit.
