On : 12.2.7 version, Work Order Definition
When attempting to close WIP jobs the following error occurs.

Found WIP jobs in 'Failed Close' status : error message: 'This operation is not permitted since there are open clock-ins'.
Running the "Close Discrete Job" concurrent request only returns the message " Clock out or undo the clock-ins before proceeding." in the output file and, despite having set profiles "MRP:Debug Mode" to "Yes' and "TP: WIP Concurrent message level" to "Message level 2", there is nothing of any consequence in the request log file.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run 'Close Discrete Job" concurrent program
