Invoice Is Not Getting Interfaced Through OBN With Connection Error OXTA-4202 (Doc ID 2974921.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to send outbound documents from Oracle Business Network (OBN / OSN) to payables, the following error occurs:

ERROR CODE ERROR MESSAGE
OXTA-4202 Connection Error


 STEPS

From Supplier:
1. Supplier send invoice to customer
2. Invoice is stuck in OBN and not delivered to customer with error:
OXTA-4202 Connection Error

From OBN:
1. Sign in to OBN
2. Do a test connectivity
3. Receive the error;
Test connectivity failed!
Reason: OBN is unable to connect to the URL. Please check the spelling of the
URL or check whether your server is down or check your server settings/firewall rules.
