How to Exclude Payments Option from Create Button in the Bank Statement Lines Form?

1. Responsibility: Cash Management
2. Path: Bank Statements
3. Query a bank statement
4. Go to the bank statement lines
5. Enter a line with Type = Payment
6. Click on Create

Even though the function "AP Payments" is included in the menu exclusion, the Payments option is still showing when selecting the Create button.
