The Transactions Available for Reconciliation Report displays duplicate payments after upgrading to R12.

Multiple old payments created in 11i are available two times in the report.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Cash Management Responsibility > Other > Request > Run

2. Run Transactions Available for Reconciliation Report for specific bank account.
