Symptoms

When attempting to open iProcurement Catalog Administrator,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.po.document.server.DocumentAM'.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement Catalog Administrator Responsibility > Home
2. Observe that error message appears
