The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply E-Business Patch
2. Invalid MATERIALIZED VIEW was reported as invalid
    OE_INT_ITEMS_MV MATERIALIZED VIEW
    OE_ITEMS_MV MATERIALIZED VIEW
