Symptoms

When attempting to perform a forecast using the Maintenance Workbench, the following error occurs:

FRM-40735:ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001

STEPS

1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management.
2. Go to Work Order Planning -> Maintenance Workbench.
3. Enter asset number and select Include Asset Children.
4. In the Forecast Work Orders enter Horizon and select Combine with Default and Include Children, then click Run.
5. After a few minutes, the aforementioned error occurs.
