When attempting to create a Service Order in the Depot Repair form, the following error is displayed.

ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid Item : PROMISE_DATE or Event : WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM is
passed to API : REPAIRS_ITEM_EVENT

Steps
(R) Depot repair super user
(N) Workbench
Click on Find
Create Service Order

Error above is displayed.
