Excel Upload : EGOIJAVA

Symptoms

Create new item using Excel Upload (EGOIJAVA) from Advanced Search completes normally but Item Status is Pending.

The Excel Upload (EGOIJAVA) Concurrent program shows phase as completed and status as normal. 

ERROR

Change Managment Import for Item and Structure Log

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: ORA-01403: no data found in Package Eng_Workflow_Util Procedure SetAttributes
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.server.OAExceptionUtils.getException(OAExceptionUtils.java:658)


STEPS

1. Navigate to Development Manager (responsibility)> Item Catalog> Advanced Search > Import from Excel

2. The import fails with the error in the log.
