On the Purchase Orders POs , Blanket Purchase Agreements BPAs & Blanket Releases, user has enabled few Descriptive Flexfield DFFs that are sensitive to the business process and any changes on the DFF values post documents approvals has to trigger a document revision / change in status and the user should submit the document for approvals.
