Symptoms


When attempting to open the Scheduler Workbench via Enterprise Asset Management, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to start the workbench 47%
java.lang.NullPointerException

STEPS

1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management.
2. Go to Work Order Planning -> Scheduler Workbench.
3. Receive the above error.
