Exceptions review and sweep buttons stuck for a long time in control payables periods form
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to payable responsibility
2. Go to Accounting -> Control Payables Periods
3. Close the period and Click on exceptions button
