Symptoms

The concurrent program: Supplier Merge Program (APXINUPD) is failing with error -

Log Messages:
REP-0736: There exist uncompiled program unit(s).
REP-0736: There exist uncompiled program unit(s).
REP-1247: Report contains uncompiled PL/SQL.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-1247: There exist uncompiled program unit(s).
REP-1247: Report contains uncompiled PL/SQL.


Steps To Reproduce
-------------------------
1. (N) Payables Responsibility > submit the concurrent program: 'Supplier Merge Program' to merge suppliers or supplier sites.
2. The concurrent request fails to progress with the stated error messages.
