"Copy draft data from final failed" Error When Trying to Complete the Resume Changes Activity by Pressing Generate Balances or Discard Changes Button on Amend Lease Form

Symptoms
Resume Changes button is active (amendment is in progress).
Clicking on this button and entering to the "Amend Lease" form 2 buttons are active:
1/ Generate Balances
2/ Discard Amendment
Clicking on 1/ Generate Balances – there is error message on the bottom of the screen:
In the FND Debug log file the error message displayed is :
PN Error while synching the data from final to draft: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PN"."PN_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES_ALL"."PAYMENT_SCHEDULE_ID") "
STEPS
-----------------------
1. (N) Property Manager responsibility > Leases and Documents > Main Lease > Enter Leases and Documents
2. query the Lease in Find Leases form
3. in Leases form the Resume Changes button is active for the Lease in case
Clicking on this button and entering to the "Amend lease" form 2 buttons are active:
1/ Generate Balances
2/ Discard Amendment
Clicking on 1/ Generate Balances – there is error message on the buttom of the screen:
"Copy draft data from final failed".
Clicking on Discard Amendment and choosing YES , nothing happens.
