Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Non-Shippable Sales Order Lines that are using the "Line Flow - Generic with Wait to Fulfill" workflow process are not progressing to Awaiting Fulfillment automatically after booking the order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Line status should move to Awaiting Fulfillment status.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Sales Order Line with Workflow Process "Line Flow - Generic with Wait to Fulfill"
2. Enter Non-Shippable Item and Save
3. Observe that Line status is stuck in Booked status
