Symptoms
Users are having performance issue while trying to enter project and task information in "Pre-Gen Distribution Lines" form PSPPIPRE.
Each line is taking several minutes to enter Project and Task information.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps in LD SuperUser responsibility.
1. Open form using navigation: Payroll Interface > Pre-Gen Distribution Lines > Query any existing Batch > Navigate to Project, Task, Award Tab in the form.
2. Try to enter Project number and tab out. This is taking several minutes.
3. Try to enter Task Number and tab out. This is taking several minutes.
