Symptoms

When attempting to upload a Multi Journal via the Functional Actuals - Multiple Web ADI template, the following pop-up error is received:

           Error Processing upload document: A start element must be written before an attribute

 

STEPS

---------

1) Using Desktop Integrator responsibility

2) Navigate > Create Journals

3) Select Integrator, General Ledger - Journals

4) Select Functional Actuals Multiple Layout

5) Click Create to create template

6) Enter data in template and upload

7) Pop-up error message appears

 

Changes

Issue may occur after upgrade to 12.2.10 and above.
