AU: Zero Or Negative YTD Suppressing Death Beneficiary Exception In Single Touch Payroll Phase2 (STP2) Exception Report (Doc ID 2978670.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement

In STP2 Exception report, Zero or negative YTD is suppressing Death Beneficiary exception. Only when there is no Zero or negative YTD, Death Beneficiary exception is shown.

STEPS:
-----------
1. Responsibility: AU HRMS Manager

2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Others > End Employment

3. Terminate an employee with;
Termination Type = Death
Death Benefit Type = Non-Dependent
Death Benefit Beneficiary = blank

4. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit New Request

5. Run Single Touch Payroll Archive 2022

6. Check the Exception Report output

7. The employee is shown as an exception under 'Death Benefit Beneficiary' as Death benefit beneficiary is not entered only if there is no Zero or negative YTD exception.
