Symptoms

When Performing Deliver Transactions from forms, the following error occurs in Transaction Status Summary

ERROR

WMSINB-23516:Lot/Serial validation failed. Please check log for details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receiving -> Receiving Transactions
2. Query the Receipt Number -> select the checkbox for the transaction -> Click on Save Icon
3. Transaction is stuck in Transaction status summary with the above error message.
