UMX User Creation - Does Not Allow To Provide The User Description While Creating FND User From UMX (Doc ID 2978914.1)

Goal

Below are the steps for the requirement:

1. Create an employee from HRMS (example: TESTUSER).

2. Search with "TESTUSER" user from User Management -> Users (tab). Click on "Create User" button -> Provide "TESTUSER" as the username, password. The "Description" field is NOT shown on this page.

3. User "TESTUSER" gets created successfully.

4. On searching the "TESTUSER" user from "System Administrator -> Security -> User -> Define", could see below value under the "Description" field. This description value is coming from "Account Creation for Existing Person" Registration process.

"Generic registration process used by all administrators to create user accounts for existing people in the system."

At UMX "Create User" page, need privilege to provide own Description instead of Above generic description.
