Symptoms
When attempting to execute the concurrent program "Import Initial Balance for Third Party Control Account" as part of the solution from Doc ID 1391477.1 R12.1 and R12.2 Control Balance Initialization in Oracle Subledger Accounting the following error occurs.

Error Code: IB026
Meaning: Period for which the intial balances are uploaded should not be adjustment period
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload data into the interface table XLA_CTRL_BALANCES_INT
2. Submit the concurrent program: "Import Initial Balance for Third Party Control Account" to import data from the interface table to the base table.
3. Lastly, view the report generated by the concurrent program.
