Symptoms

After upgrading to 12.2.10, the maintain transactions page does not return results when searching with the Invoice number and no dates.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with OIC resp->Maintain Transaction page
2. when searching with an Invoice number and dates, there are results
3. when searching with an Invoice number only, there's no result
