Symptoms
When attempting to generate invoice ,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01407: cannot update ("PA"."PA_EVENTS"."BILL_AMOUNT") to NULLORACLE error during DRAFT INVOICE GENERATION (cursor=19 code=0: ORA-01403: no data found
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Project responsibility
2. Run request PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project
3. Review log file
