Funds Accrual Engine Funds Utilizations Are Not Created For Sales Order Shipped Lines Post Upgrade To R12.2.10 (Doc ID 2979247.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Offer Utilizations are not created for sales order that were shipped in R12.1.3 right before the upgrade to 12.2.10.  The sales order data was shipped in 12.1.3 prior to upgrade.  Funds Accrual Engine was not run and after upgrade to 12.2.10 User is running Funds Accrual Engine to collect the accrual data.  Not seeing the data in offer checkbook.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trade Management > Trade Planning > Offers
2. After shipping sales order, checking the offer checkbook and not seeing any earned checkbook amount for sales order.




Changes

 Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10
