Find that when syndicating non-monthly (i.e. quarterly or annual) payment contracts, contra income streams are getting generated from 1st Disbursement due date onwards instead of Investor agreement Activation date.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using lease super user responsibility, create the contract having annual or quarterly payment.
2. Create pool, stream start date should be from between period.
3. Create the Investor agreement for same date and modify the disbursement ratio.
4. Activate the IA.
5. Check the streams at contract level and asset level.
6. The streams should be generated as per date provided in POOL and ratio should be as in IA.
