Project Contracts OKEDTSFM Form Shipped Quantity Missing on Delivery Tracking System Under Deliverable Tracking Information Shipping (Doc ID 2979285.1)

Symptoms

The Shipped Quantity is null or missing on the Project Contracts Delivery Tracking System under the Deliverable Tracking Information section in form OKEDTSFM.

A Contract may have multiple lines with quantity 1 in each line.
And all the lines normally are showing quantity shipped after completing the shipping transaction.
But in this situation there are lines where the Shipped Quantity is null.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Using a Project Contracts responsibility
  2. Navigate: Contract Organizer > Open a contract >
    1. Select Go To button > Deliverables Tracking System >
    2. Select View button > Deliverable Tracking Information > Shipping tab > Shipped Quantity is null
