Unable To Rollback W-2 Year End Pre-Process (YEPP) due to an Orphan Row in the EBS Payroll Application (Doc ID 2979321.1)

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1) Navigate to US Super HRMS Manager or Equivalent.

2) Confirm the Concurrent Program > Submit Process and Reports > Single Request > Year End Pre-Process (YEPP) for 2023 is available to submit. 

3) Navigate to submit the YEPP, two parameters: Year and GRE.

4) The List of values (LOV) for the GRE for calendar year 2023 is blank. The YEPP is not available to re-submit which confirms the YEPP was not rolled back.

5) As the YEPP is not available to resubmit,  Navigate to View > Payroll Process Results > query in Action_Type of Magnetic Report and date of 31-DEC-2023.

6) Observe the Year End Pre Process is listed.

7) Click on the Assignment Process button and confirm one assignment shows in the list.

8) The Employee listed in the Assignment is an orphan row.


 The YEPP was submitted, before being rolled back, changes were made to the employee's assignment record.
