Unable To Submit Charges For An Expense Line Due To Error Message That Sold-To Contact For Customer Is Inactive (Doc ID 2979362.1)

When attempting to Submit Charges for an Expense Item from the Charges tab in the Service Request form, the following error is thrown

The Sold-To contact for this customer is inactive. Please choose a different Sold-To contact

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer Support (R)
2. Access the Service Request and navigate to the Charges tab
3. Submit the charges for the Expense line when the error message is displayed
