Symptoms
Data is not populated in the JAI_IRN_DETAILS table for some receivables transaction.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the India Local Receivables responsibility.
2. Oracle Receivables->Transactions-> Transaction.
3. Query the transaction generated against the sales order.
4. Click on Tools-> India Tax Details form and check if the tax invoice number is generated.
5. Check the IRN details but there is no record available for the transaction.
