Symptoms
After applying patch 32920299, it is giving the error below:

ASO Value Track and Pay for the flexfield segment xxx does not exist in the value set xx.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Quoting user
2. Navigate Quotes->Dashboard
3. Create a quote with ATO model
4. Click on Place Order
5. Error
